Privacy policy

When you send the request form, we receive your name, work email, company, the options you choose and what you write about your project. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever your message contains.

When you visit the site, we collect anonymous statistics: the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your country, and your browser and device type. These statistics don't use cookies and don't identify you. The site sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers.

We use your details to reply to your request, discuss a possible project and keep a record of our conversations with clients. We use the anonymous statistics to see which pages are useful. We use your information because you asked us to contact you, and to run our business. We don't sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Zoho Mail hosts our email in its India data centre. Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous visitor statistics. These providers may process data outside India under their own privacy and security terms.

We keep requests and emails while we're discussing or working on a project with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email hello@haathlabs.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're in India, you can raise a grievance with us at the same address and, if you're not satisfied with our answer, with the Data Protection Board of India. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Footage and other data we record at factories for client projects isn't collected through this website. It's covered by the consent forms workers sign and the agreements we make with each factory and client.

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children.
